Body Type B

This body type carries weight in the belly and has a flat derriere.

Body Type O

People with this body type usually have broad shoulders, bigger bust line, and that’s why it feels like the weight gathers around the midriff.

 Size 14 and up

Body Type D

The D body shape is all in the lower part of your body and is the most common female body type. Butt and thighs are visually bigger than the upper body.
 Gains weight in hips and thighs
 Narrow waist
 Narrow to medium size shoulders
 Small to medium bust
 Full bottom

Body Type X

This body type is the most balanced of all, with a proportionate top and bottom part of the body with a well-defined waistline.
 Shoulders and hips are balanced
 Narrow waist
 Gains weight evenly all over
 Ideal weight
 Balanced proportions
